A former NBC web producer who posted a secret sex tape of his girlfriend on a porn site pleaded guilty to a reduced charged Tuesday and was sentenced to three years of probation.
Carlo Dellaverson, 31, was permitted to withdraw his felony guilty plea and cop to misdemeanor unlawful surveillance and dissemination for using a hidden camera to film a Valentine’s Day romp with his then-girlfriend and post it to a porn site.
“You took a video of you and your girlfriend having sexual relations and she didn’t know about it – fair to say?” asked Justice Jill Konviser in Manhattan Supreme Court.
“Yes,” he answered.
In May, the creepy voyeur dodged jail when he agreed to complete 500 hours of community service and court-ordered therapy as part of a plea deal in exchange for the reduced charge.
Dellaverson was busted in 2014 after he filmed the tryst and later posted the video on XTube, a Netherlands-based porn site that claims 9 million registered users.
The unwitting co-star found the video on Dellaverson’s computer several months later and reported it to police.
Dellaverson’s father, Gary Dellaverson, is a former chief labor negotiator and chief financial officer for the MTA.
